We ship from the USA.

Are the products safe?
All raw APIs and the final product are tested and verified safe by a third party laboratory.

Are you a homebrewer?
We do not homebrew. We acquire HRT from other homebrewers in bulk, which we then redistribute.

Do I have to use my legal name?
You don’t have to, but you may run into issues with the postal service if you do not use your legal name (e.g. if your package is sent to a post office to pick up, you may need to show ID to pick it up).

How long will it take to get my HRT?
Within the continental United States, usually within 10 business days.

Where can I get injection supplies?
It’s recommended to order your own injection supplies (check out this resource) if you can afford it, we can send you injection supplies if you are in serious financial need though.

How old do I have to be to place a request?
You must be at least 18 to place a mutual aid request.
